Interim Loan

CTM Consulting Services originates these short-term interim loans for financing the purchase of improved property for the purpose of the future rental or leasing of the property. Commercial interim loans are limited to the lower of 85% of cost or 75% of the appraised value. The maximum term for commercial interim loans is 24 months.
